RV Resort Policies
General Policies:
- Guests must be 21 years of age or older to register and occupy a cottage or RV site.
- Cottages are 100% non-smoking.
- Valid identification (driver's license, government photo ID, military photo ID, passport, state-issued ID) required upon check-in.
- A one-night deposit per cottage/RV site/package rate is required to confirm reservation.
- Northern Quest RV Resort requires a valid credit or debit card and matching ID with the cardholder's name to hold a reservation and complete the check-in process. The cardholder must be present upon check-in or complete and submit a Credit Card Authorization Form in advance of arrival. Upon check-in, your credit or debit card will be authorized for any remaining room and fee charges, plus $50 for incidentals per day for the entire stay. The room bill can be settled with cash upon check-out.
- Incoming RVs, motor homes, and travel trailers must be in good condition and self-contained. Tents, home-constructed units, and units with extensive deterioration will not be permitted. Northern Quest RV Resort has the right to refuse use of sites to RVs that do not meet this criterion.
Hours of Operation:
- RV reservations may check in after 1pm.
- RV reservations must check out before noon.
- Cottage reservations may check in after 4pm.
- Cottage reservations must check out before 11am.
- For RV and cottage reservations, late check-out can be requested from the RV Resort front desk on or after the day of arrival and is subject to an additional fee. Availability is limited and not guaranteed.
- The clubhouse and office are open daily from 8am-10pm.
Site Occupancy and Day Use Fee:
- All guests must be registered at the front desk.
- RV site rates are based on a two-person occupancy with a maximum occupancy of five.
- Cottage rates are based on a two-person occupancy with a maximum occupancy determined by cottage size.
- Additional RV or cottage guests will be subject to an additional fee per person per night.
- Day visitors will be subject to a fee of $10 per day and must check in at the office.
Cancellations:
- RV or cottage reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to your day of arrival for a full refund.
Pool, Pavilion and Fire Pits:
- Any use of a pavilion or fire pit (other than fire pits at Luxury RV Sites) must be scheduled with usage fees paid in advance at the RV Resort Office. Fire pits are not available for use if burn bans are in effect.
- The pool is open June-September and is subject to temporary closure if inclement weather or unhealthy/hazardous air quality conditions are in effect.
Pet Policy:
- Guests are responsible to immediately remove and properly dispose of any pet feces deposited on the property.
- No more than two pets per RV unit are allowed. No more than two dogs per cottage are allowed and are subject to a pet fee. Additional pets are at the discretion of and must be approved by management.
- Pets must be kept on a leash when outside (no cages or pens allowed) and must be indoors by 10pm. No pet may be left unattended while outside.
- Pets that are aggressive, excessively noisy, and causing a disturbance to other guests, may be asked to leave at the discretion of the manager, or the animal may be taken by local animal control authorities.
- Pets are not allowed in the clubhouse, bathhouses, or pool area.
- Any loss or damage incurred because of a guest’s pet will be the full responsibility of the guest.
